I am here to help.

I am an experienced safeguarding specialist, consultant and Local Authority Safeguarding in Education Adviser. I have over 15 years  of experience working with education and early years settings to drive forward practice and improve outcomes for children. I offer bespoke support to ensure your safeguarding arrangements are highly effective.

I started So Safeguarding with the clear intention of supporting safeguarding professionals in three ways.

  1. To help schools and settings feel confident that they have met their statutory obligations in relation to safeguarding and child protection.

  2. To support Designated Safeguarding Leads to provide the best possible service to the children, families and staff that they work with through supervision.

  3. To offer high quality training to schools and settings to make sure everyone working with children can safeguarding them effectively.
